I chose to stay despite an emergency power outage and was pleased the host was agreeable, as some would not be. I brought extra preparations for the stay and had a comfortable night. Very clean, very organized and well stocked with supples. Boat lift was a plus.Communication with owner was excellent. Will look to rent again.
