The location was exceptional with fabulous views over Plymouth Sound out to sea.

The location was exceptional with fabulous views over Plymouth Sound out to sea. Just watching the shipping movements whiled away the day. Cliff and Mary were excellent hosts, passing on some great local information. We'll located to visit South Devon and East Cornwall destinations.

We had a lovely break at the Penthouse - it's so quiet, and the views were superb, so much so that we often didn't want to go out for the day! Cliff and Mary are excellent and friendly hosts, and as they live on site, can deal with any issues immediately, and give advice about local amenities. The property was furnished to a really high standard and contained everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. It's somewhere we'd definitely go back to.
