Excellent condo
This is the second time we stayed at the property. It is located directly downtown, so you can walk everywhere. The condo is clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the trip and look forward to renting again.

Nice condo. Can be noisy.
Very nice condo. Bar below can be loud. Parking gets expensive and frustrating. Received wrong door code and no response at night when called emergency number with family standing on street at bar closing time. Thankfully was able to figure out error in numbers and get in. Received response following morning from owner.

Great space, but lots of noise from the bar downstairs
This was a beautiful & clean space with plenty of room for a family or 2 couples. The common space was big and comfortable. The only downside was the bar downstairs that stays open until 12:30 am and plays super loud music. I wish I had known that ahead of time and wouldn’t stay here on a weekend again.

Excellent Stay
We loved our stay, and the location was amazing! We stayed in this property with our 9 month old and 3 year old and both had a fantastic trip. We were so close to the water and fantastic restaurants, that we were all able to enjoy. We had white noise machines in both bed rooms, but even without those we did not hear much, if any, noise from the bars or street traffic. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Plymouth for the location, style and comfort.

My mother lived in Plymouth for many years and I planned a reunion with her friends. My mother was so thrilled with the condo. It was so much better than a hotel. To be in the heart of downtown allowed me to wander the town without getting in a car! Thank you

Wonderful location, comfy stay
We really enjoyed this condo for our time in Plymouth. The skylights and raised ceilings make the interior open and filled with light. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen well-appointed. We made breakfast daily. A short walk down Middle St takes you to Massasoit and a harbor view. A walk straight up the hill across Main St takes you to Burial Hill. It helps to get the parking app to renew or extend time in the lot. But be warned, always buy an extra hour, especially if you renew when you get the warning 10 min before expiration. You do not get the full hour. You only get 1 hr from the exact time you extended. So if you buy another hour at 12:50 (when your expiration is a 1:00) you lose that 10 minutes and your new expiration is at 1:50! They are there with a $30 ticket at 1:53 if you think you have until 2:00. Plymouth is a hopping town, very fun, very historic. We had a great time. Thank you to the owners for a fantastically modern condo!

It was fery clean, and everything was provided, including dishes, etc and kitchen necessities. It location was in "downtown" Plymouth, so much so that there was noise from the main street (Harley's etc), particularly on weekends. And the pictures were a bit misleading,as there are no "views" from the property except Main street. Overall, worth the money and nicely done.

Perfect Stay in Plymouth...
We had never visited Plymouth before and this was the perfect place to enjoy and explore the city. Everything is in walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife at your fingertips. This beautiful getaway was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy this vacation spot. We really enjoyed our stay here and did not want to leave.

Great place & location, noisy on weekends
The apartment and management were amazing. We’ll appointed and has everything you might need. The location downtown in the heart of historic Plymouth was wonderful. You are within walking distance from just about anything you might want to do. The only downside is the bar next door played really loud music on Friday and Saturday of our stay. Then at midnight when it closed, there were some pretty loud drunks on Main St. That kept our 3 year old granddaughter awake until we turned up her white noise machine as loud as it would go. Having said that, we still loved the apartment and would stay there again.

In Area for a Horse Show
We have stayed at many VRBO's and have to say this is just a favorite. Adorable, clean and walk-able to everything in Plymouth. Loved my morning walks out to the jetty! Bob was super responsive to any questions/requests. No noise from street at all during the stay. Perfect spot for 4 of us. We will stay here next year for sure. Loved everthing about it.

Code didn’t work when we tried to check in and couldn’t get ahold of the property manager for 15 minutes. 8pm standing in the rain with a 3 year old and a 2 month old was no fun. There was some noise from the bar below but not too bad. Only other issue we had was that the internet was intermittently not working for YouTube and Amazon prime video. This seemed minor but when your toddler depends on his shows via YouTube in the morning and it didn’t work, it was a huge pain. Wouldn’t work on any devices connected to the internet for some reason. Otherwise, beautiful apartment.

Awesome place! Super clean, within walking distance to everything in downtown Plymouth. Right on Main St. above a couple of bars, but the place was basically noise proof even on a busy night like July 4th. The check in process was super easy. Looking forward to our next stay!

Bob was kind and responsive, and the apartment was modern and clean (despite one random candy wrapper we found in the main hallway and a lack of garbage bags). We had a lovely stay overall, but be aware for folks coming in on a Fri/Sat that the apartment is in a location with several bars, and directly above a bar which was loud with music and dancing long into the night. Made for a fun vibe, but hard if you're looking to sleep without earplugs :)

Pros - Location: Only 1 block from Plymouth Rock on Main Street in the heart of a quaint little downtown, you don't get any better than this. (And for history lovers like me, it's really cool that the apartment itself falls within the perimeter of the original Plimoth Plantation site.) - Apartment: As beautiful as the pictures. I cannot stress just how great this place is. - Entertainment: The owner provided us access to select features on his Netflix account, so that was a very pleasant surprise. - Owner: Extremely nice and very thoughtful. (We have 3 little girls, so Bob even left us a blowup air mattress. This little gesture was unexpected, but very much appreciated.) Cons - The only thing I can think of is that it can get somewhat noisy if there's a band playing in the restaurant below. (That said the band downstairs was playing Tom Petty, so we were cool with it.)

My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay in Plymouth. The only concern was not a heads up on the parking situation. We are from MI and not aware that the public parking is a lot behind the condo’s Main Street entrance. It was a struggle to unload our packed vehicle. Parking must be paid from 9am - 7am. I would suggest for security purposes maybe an inside chain or flip lock could be added. The condo was stocked with almost everything you could need except dish washing soap & Kleenex. I highly recommend this property for rental.

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Location is great. Parking is a bit challenging as there is no designated parking for this apartment. Street and public pay parking during hours 9a-7p. Also, during our 4 night stay Wi-Fi never worked.

Pristine property in the perfect location
This condo was beautiful. It’s is right in the heart of downtown Plymouth. It had everything we needed except private WiFi. When we stayed, WiFi access was shared/public from the sports bar downstairs and was unreliable. It is a beautifully appointed unit.
