You can go to the races at Road America (which is just down the street), enjoy sitting in our all season room with lake views, relaxing by our fire pit, boating, fish in the lake right out the front door (Bluegill, Bass, Trout, Walleye and Pike), swimming, hike the Kettle Moraine or Ice Age trails, play golf at one of the many nearby courses, or playing in our game room! Our house has it all!

Enjoy the beautiful views of Little Elkhart Lake from the living room with huge floor to ceiling windows letting in lots of natural light and also from the dining area. Lots of flowers and trees so you can enjoy your privacy! Upstairs there are two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two twin trundle bed. Downstairs is the third bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs is also a game/ entertainment room with a full size pull out couch. The game room has a 4 in 1 game table (foosball, pool, air hockey and ping pong), dart board, board games, tv and also toys and books for kids. The house has a big private backyard with fire pit! Large kitchen with all the appliances, utensils and dishes you need. There is a all season room that has a table for the adults and also one for the kids. That room can open on all sides so you can just sit there and enjoy the lake view and the Wisconsin air. We also supply all essentials such as coffee and tea, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. Downstairs has a washer and dryer. Cozy up next to one of our 2 gas fireplaces that turn on with just a flip of a switch. Our cottage also has a detached 2 car garage. Very close to historic downtown Elkhart and downtown Plymouth. Swimming and watercraft can be done about 900 ft from the driveway. You can also use the public boat ramp on the lake for any larger motorized boats which is less than half mile away.

House is on a hill overlooking the lake so there are about 35 steps to reach the front door so please be comfortable with that.
