“Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay.”

“This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on. Vacasa was not responsive and not knowledgeable and gave me the wrong instructions. They did not even notify owners of a partial……

“The location is absolutely beautiful! Every window in the main living area faces the ocean. There is a beautiful dune path down to the beach. You can walk for a couple miles at least in either direction. My 10 year old daughter loved exploring at low tide. The beach & wildlife occupied her all day each day we were there. The house was clean and had a classic Cape Cod vintage feel. Everything was functional. There was an abundance of wildlife all over the nice, quiet beach neighborhood; owls……
