「The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! 「This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.」

「We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!」

「Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Updated and well maintained property close to the highway. What more could you want?」

「Room clean, good breakfast, good location」

「Dorothy was an absolute gem to communicate with during our trip. She was so detailed in her instructions, was receptive to our questions, and just made the whole stay a breeze. So clean, quiet, and cozy. Thank you so much!」

「We had a nice stay, room was clean. The night staff, (unfortunately didn’t get her name but works until 11 pm) was very sweet and helpful! Unfortunately only decaf coffee in the lobby in the morning.」

「Hotel was very busy and they only had one working elevator. Parking is away from the hotel across the street at a parking garage for mall parking. Breakfast was good with plenty variety. Even with the little inconveniences I would stay again.」
