Historic 2 bedroom home in Old Town-main floor

Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Just a few blocks from historic Main Street Pocatello, you have access to some of the BEST local restaurants and evening entertainment. Stocked with comfortable, luxurious bedding and towels, you’re sure to have a great stay. We are about a 5 minute drive from ISU. Built in 1935, this home has an antique feel, but with updated furniture, paint, and kitchen appliances, get ready for a unique local experience!

The Space:
This home consists of a living room, kitchen/dining area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. This is an older home. It smells old, the floor are original hard wood, so please take that into consideration. There is a Bnb in the basement as well.

Guest Access:
You have sole access to the main floor, and front yard. The backyard and basement are reserved for our downstairs guests, as this place is a duplex. The basement guests have no access to the upstairs, so there are no shared spaces. Parking is available on the street in front of the home.

The Neighborhood:
We are located is a quaint neighborhood. The neighbors on both sides are sweet people. Old Town Pocatello is a few blocks away, and the houses walking there are so fun to look at! We are about a 5 minute drive to Idaho State University.

Getting Around:
Car is the best mode of transportation for getting around Pocatello.

Other Things to Note:
There are a few steps to get to the front door. You really have to lift up on the door to lock or unlock it (perks of an old home:) there is no smoking on the property.

Interaction with Guests:
I live about 5 minutes away. I usually have my phone on me and can respond quickly. If there is an emergency, please call 911 and then reach me by text or phone call.
