The hotel has seen better days. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. But the carpets in the stairwells haven’t been vacuumed in days at least. The hard water stains in the toilets are distinctly black. The bedroom hardfloor hadn’t been swept recently, leaving dust bunnies and such for my feet to find. And sadly, we were not informed that the pool was under maintenance when we booked online. Rather disappointing. Safe and reasonably priced, but definitely could use some extra cleaning care.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good! The floors, bed covers, toilet, and walls were worn out and dirty. Would have liked an extra blanket in the room since the bedcovers were thin. I turned up the heat instead. It did not mention online that the pool and hot tub were out of service. It would have been nice if that was mentioned online.

The hot tub was not working with no previous notice when booking, there is not really a restaurant or place to eat in the location and the bar doesn’t open until 5 o’clock in the afternoon. It is in a good location with other restaurants nearby though close to the freeway easy access.

The room itself was very clean. The rest of the hotel was questionable carpets in hallways were stained and in desperate need of vacuuming. There was a Wierd musky smell in the hallways. The hot tub was broken, pool water was greenish color. We didn’t end up getting in either. The front desk lady was nice but we went down to the desk to request more towels and no one was around for more than 15minutes with no way to get any help. Overall not the best place, I’d spend a little more to stay somewhere a little more updated and clean.

Upset as there was no elevator. I have mobility issues and we were placed on the second floor. No way to move us as they were sold out. I wish they would put no elevator on the booking site.

The first room i was assigned wasnt even cleaned, trash and beds messed up. The 2nd room we were assigned wasnt much better. Housekeeping could vacumn the hallways. It was very noisy, woke up several times by people arguing. The shower had a fan out spray that wouldn't have gotten me wet. Not to mention the burnt out lights and mildew where there have been roof leaks. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. We checked out early and found another hotel

Lets start with the good. Enjoyed the hotel overall, hallways were a little dirty but rooms were nice and updated. We stayed in the pool area, If your not traveling with kids, I would recommend asking for something on the 2nd floor, you get a nice little balcony. Lets move on to the not so great. The bar is what it is, we ate there for dinner the 1st night, I wouldn't advise it. Not blaming the bartender, she was the only one there pretty hard to serve drinks and make people food. More of a management / staffing problem. you also get the younger college crowd in there and gets noisy. We also ordered deserts one night but walked out after waiting 30 minutes (strike 2). Overall I would give it a B-, Has good stuff, Indoor Pool & Hot Tub, Poolside Rooms, Free Breakfast & great staff. Good Family Spot

Air conditioning was super loud. Changed rooms, the tv stopped working. Had to go to the front desk for towels room was cleaned without me complaining once. Front desk kept telling me it was checked off so it had to be clean. Housekeeping Manager Jo took care of us on the last day we were there. She was the ONLY helpful person there. You should advise your front desk staff to not roll their eyes at complaints.
