Just a short 10-minute walk away, our community features a delightful playground where children can burn off energy and create unforgettable memories.
During the summer months, wristbands can be purchased for just $5 per person per day, so guests can enjoy sunbathing on the sandy shores of our swimming beach on Summit Lake, just a 10-minute walk down the street.
This community houses a mixture of vacation homes and permanent residents, so we ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and respect the quiet hours, which are from 10 pm to 8 am.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We’re so excited to welcome you to our home in the serene Still Water Lakes community! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a $75 rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible!
We’re glad to offer a bunk bed as part of your stay, but please note that it’s intended for use at your own risk. For safety, we encourage extra care, especially with younger guests, and recommend following any posted guidelines for safe bunk bed use. By choosing to use the bunk bed, guests agree to waive liability and hold both the Owner and Manager harmless from any injuries or accidents related to its use. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and comfortable!
- Smoking: There is no smoking inside the house. Due to additional cleaning costs, a minimum fine of $500 will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found.
- Quiet hours in the community start at 10 PM and noise complaints are taken seriously. Please respect our neighbors and keep your voices down when enjoying the backyard at night!
- No fireworks
- Additional Guests: If more than 12 guests stay overnight, a $100 per person fee will be charged for every additional guest.
- Due to guests with sensitive allergies, no pets, please.
- There are 2 Ring cameras on the property that record both audio and video. Front Camera: Above the door, facing the front of the house and driveway, and a second doorbell cam. ***Important: Do not cover or tamper with the cameras or unplug the WiFi router. Doing so will result in immediate reservation cancellation with no refund. If the WiFi is not working, inform the hosts right away.
- Wildlife Safety: The community has wildlife, including black bears. Do not approach bears and seek safety immediately if you see one. Hosts and homeowners are not liable for any interactions with wildlife, including, but not limited to, bears, deer, skunks, and squirrels.
- Please not that due to safety and insurance reasons, the fireplace in the living room is not available for use.
