Great location

We loved staying with Ivo. Couldn't ask for more from a host. Any problem or question we had he went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of. Gave us great advice on local attractions, restaurants, and wineries too! He even helped us look up ferry times. The place is very well located. Only a 15-30 (depending on traffic) minute drive into Split. A 30 second walk to one of our favorite beaches. It's also a great launching point for Dubrovnik and many of the islands. It was nice to be able to do laundry while we were there. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen was well stocked. Nice patio and backyard area, too. You won't regret staying with Ivo!

Familienurlaub

Kommunikation mit Vermieter verlief super und sehr freundlich. Wohnung war gut und geräumig. Die Klimaanlage hatte eine sehr gute Leistung, was super war, denn während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß. Einziges Manko ist die Lage an der vielbefahrenen Straße, wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Strand war schnell zu erreichen und er war sauber. Fussläufig mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsgelegenheiten zu erreichen.

Super für Familien

Eine tolle saubere Unterkunft. Der Vermieter ist super nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Er ist sehr gut zu erreichen und antwortet zügig. Die Unterkunft ist super. Tolle Zimmer, tolle Lage. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants alles innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier hin gehen.

Wir sind herzlich von Ivo empfangen worden. Die Wohnung war praktisch eingerichtet, zwischen der Wohnung und dem Strand ist eine sehr belebte Straße. Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nix für Familien die Ruhe suchen, Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme sind in großer Vielzahl käuflich zu mieten. Für die Jugend zum Feiern perfekt. Die Preise sind normal, Essen lecker. Wir lieben das Meer! Leider vergessen viele ihren Müll wegzuräumen, was zunehmend den Reiz dieses schönen Fleckchen Erde nimmt.

Super bolig med veldig hyggelig eier

Vi hadde ett veldig fint og koselig opphold i Podstrana. Boligen var behagelig stor for vår familie på 4 med 2 barn med air-condition i stuen. Vi følte vi hadde alt vi trengte og det var fint med badekar for barna. Den er i gå-avstand til bakeri, dagligvarebutikker, 50m til stranda og restauranter (sen take-away på Restaurant Kuzina noe som er praktisk til tider!). Bussholdeplassen (begge veier) er ett steinkast unna. Eieren Ivo er en veldig hyggelig mann som hjalp oss under hele oppholdet med alt vi spurte om; alt i fra spørsmål om boligen til turistattraksjoner til generelle spørsmål om Kroatia og Split. Vi anbefaler at dere tar dere tid til å spise på restauranten Argola (der Ivo jobber) som er litt oppe i høyden, der vil dere få en fin opplevelse med idyllisk utsikt. Om det er noe å plukke på så er det at veien til Split er tungt trafikkert til tider, og det er ikke alltid lett å krysse veien da det kjøres noe raskt der. Det anbefales å bruke zebrafeltet/gangoverfeltet når man skal krysse veien om man har små barn. Da det ikke er AC på soverommene kan det bli litt varmt der om nettene. Ivo anbefalte oss å holde sola ute og lukke vinduene om dagen, og lufte om kvelden (men det kan komme mygg da). Alt i alt ett supert opphold som jeg kan anbefale!

Nice Apartment in a Great Area

This was our first time to Croatia. We were impressed with the great hospitality of Ivo. He really made us feel welcome. Good recommendations on things to do. Although we were there five nights, could have used more time. The drive along the coast from Split to Dubrovnik should not be missed. Many beach options; boat cruises; etc. Take your time there. We also met Ivo’s mother. A very gracious lady. So, if you go to Croatia, take several days.

Highly recommending this place!

The property owner is friendly, informative and a very generous host! This was our family's first trip to Split and we were guided to the best beaches and best restaurants in the area! Groceries and a safe ATM are just a minute walk down the block. The beach is right across the road! Clean and comfortable and well-appointed accommodations! We will definitely return here next time! Hvala vam Ivo!

Superb, Great location, outdoor space, welcoming hosts

From my first contact with Ivo, he messaged me on whatsapp. His mum provided loads of tasty treats, such as a homebaked cake, a platter with local meats and cheeses, she also gave our son a momento of his trip to Croatia. Both hosts were welcoming, where we had any questions they were delighted to help, but also gave us our own space to decide, they helped us with local parking and restaurants and intel on local sights. The apartment is clean and as described with a lovely outdoor space and garden at the back ( bring Midge repellant as they bugs love the flowers and plants) the flat is across a busy road from a tourist beach which was ideal for the days were wanted some low key rnr with our son, the swimming was good and there are local facilities such as atm,, bakery and shop close at hand. We loved this holiday, there was so much to see and do, we would recommend this location as close to split but also plenty to see outside split like Trogir and Sibenik, the mountains and Krka park and the tourist trail of Makarkska, a warm friendly place to stay, ideal for kids with the beach at hand and the outside eating space, with host happy to help and share their love of Croatia and all it has to offer. 5 Stars

Tolles Apartment in unmittelbarer Strandnähe mit super-herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) drei wunderschöne Wochen Ende Juli bis Mitte August in Podstrana verbracht. Dank des herzlichen Empfangs, der Freundlichkeit und der Hilfsbereitschaft der Familie Radojevic haben wir uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ob bei Fragen zu Ausflügen/Exkursionen, Autovermietung, Einkäufen etc., Vermieter Ivo hat uns immer mit guten Tipps versorgt oder bei der Organisation geholfen. Auch seine liebenswerte und herzliche Mutter war immer hilfsbereit und hat uns immer wieder mit leckeren, kroatischen Spezialitäten überrascht. Das sehr schön eingerichtete, große und voll ausgestattete Apartment verfügt über zwei Badezimmer (jeweils mit Dusche bzw. Badewanne), Klimaanlage, vier Betten mit wirklich guten Matratzen, eine sonnengeschützte Terrasse vor dem Haus und einem wunderschönen Grillplatz in einer Laube hinter dem Haus. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Apartment gibt es einen Bäcker (zwei Häuser weiter), einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Geldautomat (auf der anderen Straßenseite). Zum weitläufigen, sich über mehrere Buchten hinziehenden schönen Kiesstrand sind es vom Haus aus nur 100-150 Meter. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Stränden in Kroatien ist der Strand in Podstrana auch in der Hochsaison noch nicht überlaufen. Bis nach Split sind es 9 Kilometer - sehr gut auch mit dem Bus zu erreichen, der tagsüber alle 30 Minuten fährt (Bushaltestelle ca. 50 Meter vom Apartment).

The Best!!

We have a very nice stat in Podstrana! The flat was very good, clean and nice. The man Ivo and his family was very kind and serviceminded. He also pick us up at the AirPort, and help us with the shopping👍 We will be back!! Family Boqvist and Carlberg, Sweden.

A lovely holiday in Podstrana, Split

Apartment Val is a lovely setting with a choice of two apartments or both if required. The setting is very homely within 1 minutes walk from the Adriatic beach. Our hosts were lovely and we will definitely be returning. A wonderful place.. Allan

Excelentes Playas y los anfitriones nos atendieron como reyes

El departamento es tal y cual como se ve en las Fotos. Los anfitriones de casa, nos atendieron como reyes, incluso disfrutamos el primer día de un kuchen casero y así como un par de días más tarde de una tabla de jamón y queso local y los tomates recién cosechados de la huerta.mmmm!!! El Gril del Jardín no se salvo de nosotros, lo usamos al menos dos o tres veces. Varios desayunos y cenas los disfrutamos también en el jardín. La Paya está a unos pasos, basta cuzar la calle y caminar unos Metros (Se entra por el estacionamiento del Hotel San Antonio). Ojo, si vais con ninos pequenos teneis que acompanarlos. Por lo demás la Playa es muy agradable, es relativamente tranquila . Si quereis un buen Restorant o siemplente Información del Lugar, no dudes en Preguntar a Ivo, el siempre tiene buenos tips decuerdo a los que quereis. En resumen Precio/Calidad... 100% Recomendable.

Nice accomodation close to Split

Comfortable house with AC in the living room, and only 100 m away from the beach. It was nice to have a BBQ in the garden. Ivo and his mother were very welcoming. We had a very nice stay in Split.

Excellent location and very helpful owners. House is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean; nice garden. Owners live upstairs and always willing to help. Stunningly beautiful scenery, good food and friendly people - can't wait to come again.

Schöne Ferienwohnung nahe am Meer

Schöne Ferienwohnung die nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt ist. So konnten unsere Kid´s (7 und 12) auch mal ohne Eltern an den Strand. Allerdings muss eine belebte Straße welche direkt am Grundstück liegt überquert werden. Da das Haus gut gedämmt ist, ist von dem "Straßenlärm" im Inneren nicht viel zu merken. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zu den großen Supermärkten sind es ca. 5 -10 min. mit dem Auto in Richtung Split. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (Ausnahme: kein Geschirrspüler), großzügig geschnitten und sauber. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Klimagerät installiert was wir an den heißen Sommertagen sehr geschätzt haben. Restaurants und Bars findet man direkt am Strand oder auch an der Straße. Empfehlen können wir das Amigos (ca. 1km am Strand in Richtung Omis). Ivo und seine Mutter waren / sind sehr nette Vermieter die jederzeit um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bemüht sind, uns kleine Aufmerksamkeiten haben zukommen lassen sowie viele Tips für Ausflugsziele geben konnten. Zwei Hinweise von uns für weitere Verbesserungen der Ferienwohnung wären die Erneuerung der sanitären Einrichtungen die nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß sind sowie die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!!!

Top Lage

wir waren sehr zufrieden, Ivo und seine Mutter sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 3 Minuten und nach Split mit dem Auto ca.10 Minuten einfach geniale Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden auch einen Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück. Vielen Dank wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Lg. Jürgen

Ideal combination of beach access & private space

We spent 12 days this summer with our teenage daughters at this lovely place. In general Croatia was a very pleasant, positive surprise. Ivo's house is, besides being more than completely furnished, ideally placed: our teenage daughters only had to cross the street to get to the beach, while we spent many relaxing hours in the shady garden behind the house. The beach with white pebbles is very clean, there is always space, and there many bars and restaurants. Only a couple of houses away there is a bakery that is open at all hours, and a small shop, so you have everything nearby. Split is a short drive away, and there is so much to see and visit in the area we did not even get to do all we wanted to do. Final note: if you want to go somewhere, just ask Ivo or Vedrana, they know the best places and gave us some very good tips.

Idealne miejsce na wakacje/Perfect holiday

Apartamenty są bardzo czyste i wygodne, w pełni odpowiadają opisowi w na stronie. Piekny ogród z drzewami owocowymi oraz miejce na gilla są dodatkowym atutem. Bardzo dobre położenie domu, blisko pięknego miasta jakim jest Split ale również w pobliżu wielu innych miejsc. Dojscie do czystej plaży zajmuje około 3 minuty. W pobliżu znajdują sie sklepy i restauracje. Właściciele są naprawdę mili, gościnni i pomocni w każdej sytuacji.Idealne miejce do spędzenia wakacji rodzinnych oraz ze znajomym. Polecam wszystkim!!! The apartments was very clean and comfortable.It was exactly as described in the advert. Location is very good close to beautiful city of Split. nearby to the beach, supermarket and restaurant. The house has also grill and beautiful garden with fresh fruits. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I truely recommend to all this great place!!!!!

Septiembre en Podstrana/Croacia

Impresionante la acogida de la familia, gente maravillosa y un apartamento para tener una estancia muy relajada, cerca de la playa, buena conexión con Split, restaurantes cercanos, pequeños supermercados, todo muy accesible. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, nur 2 Minuten vom Meer

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, nur zwei Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit Geschmack ausgestattet. Gleich um die Ecke eine gute Bäckerei, wo man zum Frühstück frisches Gebäck holen kann, aber auch was für zwischendurch. Kleiner Einkaufsmarkt mit allem Nötigen ist nur ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Verschiedene Restaurants und Bars sind auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet, wie einer Waschmaschine, einer Mikrowelle, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Klimaanlage!! Das Objekt verfügt über den großen überdachten Grillplatz mit Sitzmöglichkeiten für mind. acht Personen, den wir oft und sehr gerne genutzt haben. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns, fragte nach Wünschen und wenn was gebraucht wurde, wurde es gleich zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren zu acht in der Wohnung, haben genügend Platz gehabt und waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Perfect vacation

Everything there was like it was said in the decription. The house was nearby the beach, a little supermarket and a bakery. The apartemnt was clean and orgenized with a lot of equipemnt so we had everything we needed. The family was very friendly, openminded and hospitable. So everytime we needed something they were there to help. The house has also specials like the grill and the garden, what is awsome for a family with kids and warm summer nights. We were happy with our choice to spend our vacation in croatia in this appartment. We can 100% recommend it.
