The 400 m2 covered building is spread over two floors and an attic:

The living room on the ground floor can be transformed into a huge bedroom with an en suite bathroom. SWIMMING POOL OPEN from 1st May to 30th October. Maximum capacity of the house 14 beds. Maximum capacity on the ground floor of 5 comfortable beds. The dog is allowed unless otherwise agreed.
1 - first floor NOBLE: elegant living room furnished with white sofas, local antiques and art objects; dining room with typical handcrafted crockery, ancient equipped kitchen, pantry, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the floor, a wonderful Lecce stone terrace with barbecue for fantastic outdoor dinners. In the large spaces of the living area, 1 other comfortable bed is available on request for a total capacity of 5 people on the first floor.
2 - YOUNG panoramic attic: 1 double bedroom and 1 adjoining twin bedroom for a total of 4 beds which have a large bathroom with shower and corner bath, an independent kitchen with laundry and a fantastic 'lamia' (Salento terrace) overlooking the medieval castle for unforgettable dinners under the stars.
