「The room was extremely clean and the management were so helpful in organising public transport. We paid the maid to take us to the train station because we couldn’t get a taxi. They organised this. There was a good range of food for breakfast and we could see the seas and Vesuvius from our bedroom window. 「Had a wonderful stay at the Zelzar Residence. The view is immaculate from the room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Coastline! The room was clean and secure. The staff provided excellent check-in procedures. Parking can be challenging with the narrow roads and limited access. Strongly encourage to contact the staff for most up-to-date details. Great view from the local café that provides the breakfast. Just a short walk up the road. Highly recommend this stay!!」

Host says they are available 8am to 10pm on What’s App, when we arrived for check in (after check in time) and reached out, the host did not reply for over 1.5 hours as we waited with our luggage. "The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
