“2 couples in our 60’s stayed 5 nights in this beautiful villa. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms - but kitchen area was a bit outdated ( not that it mattered to us as Ita and Desak did all the cooking for us! There’s no indoor sitting area other than the dining table, but there’s a fantastic outdoor living room which is very comfortable. The pool was wonderful and a perfect warm temperature . Great views out to the black sand beach and ocean. The gardener came by every morning to trim, rake……

“We were thrilled to have stayed in this Villa for a month. It is beautifully located in the northern part of Bali, right on the beach. The Villa itself is great - lovely garden and pool, which we enjoyed everyday. The true treasure of this Villa is the staff. Ayu and Epi were amazing cooks. They were always prompt and extremely personable. They did a great job keeping everything spotless. We loved getting to know them! Juta our driver was so wonderful. Was zu beachten ist, das Objekt liegt im Norden von Bali und damit benötigt man 3h Fahrzeit vom Flughafen zur Villa. Zudem ist der indische Ozean in diesem Bereich teilweise nicht sauber, da Müll im Meer entsorgt wird. Der Strand selbst wird sauber gehalten, besteht aber aus schwarzem Sand. Uns waren letzte……

“Brongbong Pantai is a tropical paradise in the north of Bali in a secluded location far away from the hustle and bustle of the south.The large, spacious villa delivers everything the photographs promise (actually,the pictures don't do it justice). “We were welcomed by the staff with welcome drinks and a chilled cloth - felt very special. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough for you. The chef even took my husband to the local market on her scooter to choose some fresh items, she helped with the communication cap and navigated the area for him. The manager was very prompt and Orangised us tours - one tour that you must do is go to the ‘secret/hidden water fall ‘ - it is quite a drive to get there (1.5-2 hrs) but so worth……

“We recommend the Villa Malaya in all aspects: The houses are beautiful (combination of open space, closed bedrooms and half-open baths), the garden and pool are magnificent and we enjoyed the direct access to the wonderful beach which we "only shared" with the local fishermen. Especially the staff (perfectly led by Putu Leong!) needs to be mentioned. Putu (and the team) guessed our wishes before we even became aware of them, pampered us with delicious and various food for breakfast, lunch and……

“We had the best time in this amazing villa. Staff were wonderful and cooked us delicious. Location is a little remote (1/2 hour west of Lovina) but our friendly driver took us everywhere we wanted to go at very reasonable cost. Diving and snorkelling at Menjangan island a highlight. Also highly recommended the trip on a fishing boat to see dolphins at sunrise with pick up from the beach by the villa. All in all a wonderful holiday!”

“Beautiful, serene and far away from the hustle and bustle of Bali. Great communication by the owner Rolf and manager Dini. Our resident chef and housekeeper Iloha kept the house spick and span and her meals were delicious. Ground staff were lovely and friendly and the pool and beautiful grounds are kept pristine. The locals are friendly and you get a good opportunity to see the real/traditional Bali. These are the things we wish we’d known before going- the drive from Kuta has 2 routes. The……

The only thing is that the cabins can get bit too hot, better ventilation or more sufficient fan would make lots of difference. The staff was without fault. Very happy overall.”
