「Our kids used swam in the pool but at the end of 2 hours in the pool almost all their toes were bleeding as apparently the finish on the sides is rough. We were planning to head to the beach the next day and we couldn't because we feel burnt when we take off the band aid. We unfortunately had to head back to town early the next day. Trip didnt go as planned.」

「Fantastic stay!! Amazing value. By contrast I have since moved on to a new property state-side that is costing me nearly twice as much and is half as nice. The Sarnia Comfort Inn was terrific. So clean. Comfy bed. Quiet. Such kind and friendly staff. I can't comment on breakfast because it was served too early for me. Ending by 9:00 for someone on holiday was a bit much but I think they cater to a lot of working folk who are up and gone first thing. I didn't care as I am not a big breakfast...

「As soon as I walked into my room, I could tell it had not been cleaned. Floors had dirt all over, and what looked like coffee spills on the floor that would have simply come off with an easy sweep and mop, which had clearly not have been done. The bathrooms were at best, tidy. Bathtub and toilet were dirty and hadn't been wiped or cleaned, as well as garbage was still in the garbage can. I left immediately, and when I called to ask for some sort of partial refund, all they could do was offer me...
