The Break Hotel
Great modern hotel, extremely pleasant and helpful staff, and a wonderful clean room. No complaints about the hotel at all and we'd go back. What would have made this 5 stars was the breakfast - maybe because it was off season, but some of the food was not fresh. The bread was moldy.

Island House Newport
We had a pipe break at our condo and had to move out while it was being repaired. The Island House was perfect. We had a suite that felt very much like home.
