"这是一个家庭式旅馆，好像房间都不是一样的，平台说是所有房间都是空调房间，但在别的平台显示高级间才有空调，为了保险起见，我订了高级间，但我抵达后告知空调房没有了，第二天才能调整。不知道是酒店管理问题，还是平台问题。结果我订了三晚空调房，第一晚却没有空调房。"
