"Hotel clean and well maintained. Room was spotless with a great view over the lake. Underground parking gets the car off the road with lifts directly to reception and rooms. Staff were most welcoming but especially Mauro in the restaurant/bar. Food in the restaurant was excellent but found the menu a little restrictive when staying for a few nights. Outside pool area very nice with pool bar, but unfortunately can be affected by vehicle fumes as near to main road."

"The hotel is a beautiful art deco building. The lobby is Grand and the staff, excellent. I was in my room in minutes. The room was great and the bathroom was a good size comparatively. The location of the hotel, couldn’t have been better, right in the middle of town and a few minutes walk from everything you want to see. "

"Pulizia camera perfetta. Comunque non era un 4 ma un 3 stelle. Il materasso praticamente non esisteva, c'erano solo le molle. Comunque prezzo/qualità discreto "

"Aria condizionata non funzionante, reception mi assicura che funziona perfettamente e mi invita a chiudere le finestre( neache toccate fino a quel momento), zanzariere irreperibili, una notte d'inferno a combattere con le zanzare. Al mattino chiedo una soluzione, viste le rimanenti 2 notti, mi viene detto che provvederanno. Torno alla sera stessa situazione, mi dicono che devo aspettare il manutentore che sarebbe arrivato da lì ad un' ora. Sbottò e minacciò fuga e richiesta di rimborso, solo...
