Casa Zoldan, Erica

Originally the Zoldan house was a ruin from 1874. In 2013 completely renovated and expanded. It is located in the center of Coltura next to the church of San Lorenzo and near the Pedemontana road (SP29). The house has residential units that overlook the large private courtyard bordered by the original walls where there are also 5 parking spaces, an outdoor table with benches and a built-in barbecue available to all guests of the house.
