We absolutely loved our stay at Bayit!! Perfect location in the historic section of Polignano a Mare and a short walk to car transportation. Our suite was lovely. Daria and Antonella wonderful. Breakfast was just as you would anticipate deliciously Italian! Loved the roof top terrace with stunning views of the Adriatic.

We had a wonderful stay at bayit charming hotel. We couldn't fault it. Daria was beyond helpful & friendly (our daughter had an ear infection so she found us an English speaking pharmacist, and sorted parking quickly after ours fell through). We had a suite - adjoining rooms with our two kids (5&7), which were lovely. The location was in the middle of the historical area. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it on the rooftop looking out to sea. I would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was free (or included) with our stay, but doesn’t start until 8:30 so if we have early excursions, you’ll miss out. Food was good though. Rooms were a bit cramped but overall comfortable. One of the rooms we reserved, the bathroom glass sliding door didn’t really slide, had to manhandle it to close. Any hotel needs had to be arranged via WhatsApp, otherwise there was no staff on site most of the day. Location was great and easily accessible to train via 10-15m walk.

The place is in the center of Old Town, but in a small alley. Easy to find, quiet and very safe. Daria, the lady at the reception, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Your recommendations of a beach club and restaurants were spot on. Thank you for making our stay so perfect

Staying at the Bayit Charming House is a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful and very unique. Even though this is a boutique Hotel, you feel like you are staying in your own private Airbnb. Everyone goes above and beyond. Breakfast is amazing, everyday they have different options to choose from. Relaxing setting with a beautiful view.

From the moment we got there everything was taken care of by Daria, she arranged parking in a lot for us and due to the parking situation around the property this was a life saver. From there she further arranged transport to and form the hotel whenever we needed to get back to the car. The room we had was fantastic, it was a 2 bed 2 bath, quite unexpected. The breakfast was amazing along with the view from the roof top every morning. The location is unbeatable, its was walking distance to everything and great for exploring the town. Can't say enough good things about the property and Daria, will definitely be coming back!

The hotel was very beautiful, with huge rooms, super high ceilings and two full bathrooms. It is located smack in the middle of the town, with the church and several restaurants, cafes and gelaterias in the same block. It is walking distance to several points of interests including their beautiful clear sea water with dark blue/green tones and rocky cliffs to dive from. The staff was very friendly and the town's people in general are very nice. The only negative to this hotel, is the air conditioning.....it doesn't work well. The coldest it got was 23.2⁰C or 74⁰F. Make sure to bring a little portable fan if you want to have a more comfortable sleep.

This is indeed a charming small property, with seven rooms in the heart of the old town. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop with sea views is extraordinary. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Bayit for 1 night whilst staying in Bari for a longer period of time. The place was simply beautiful. Stylish, amazingly maintained and in the best location! 11 stars out of 10 that’s for sure! Breakfast on the roof top was simply awesome! And we would like to say a massive thank you to Daria who was looking after us and was incredibly helpful and kind and made our stay simply fantastic!

Struttura in posizione centralissima. Camera pulitissima, e con interior design curatissimo. Colazione super in roof top: dolci, frutta, golosità tipiche tutto freschissimo e buonissimo.
