Really Nice and warmly welcoming hotel in the heart of Polignano a Mare. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Breakfast buffet is amazing with vast delicious options. Looking forwards to return.

Lovely room in the annex (actually just across a small street from the main hotel) with two balconies. One looked out to the sea with a table and two chairs. Delightful.

Nice spot for a few days by the sea and old city

Location is very good would stay again for that reason staff was very nice. Hotel and restaurant very nice the room was comfortable but not upgraded we were right on the sea but my room had small view only

Great location. Restaurant and breakfast room have magnificent views of Polignano a Mare and the Adriatic Sea. Rooms are traditional Old European Style but very comfortable and quiet. Staff very pleasant and accommodating throughout. Breakfast very good. Excellent value and would come again if in the area.

This was a wonderful stop on a 4 week road trip through Sicily and southern Italy. It started at the parking area, which is a 300 meter walk from the hotel. As soon as we unloaded our luggage a van appeared ready to take us to the hotel. We had a superior room in the other building. It was a bit small but everything else was excellent. The breakfast area has some beautiful views. The staff was very helpful for the most part. Only ran into an older woman at check out who wasn't helpful, everyone else was great. i recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. I was a bit disappointed with the room view. When I booked the room, the picture showed a room with a sea view. Based on the picture, I was under the impression that I would have a sea view. It was a bit misleading. Overall, it was a good stay at this hotel. Breakfast was of high quality. Great selection. Staff were super friendly, specially Onik (sp?) and Nikola. They took care of our luggage and drove us to the parking lot (300 meters from the hotel). Location was superb. I was able to go swimming at the Beach Monachile daily.

Fabulous hotel

What an amazing hotel right on the lookout of Lama Monchile. The classic rooms with balcony were a great size although the shower was triangular so on the smaller side but perfectly fine for us. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The day we arrived we were disappointed we didn't have a view and asked if we could lay for an upgrade. As we were staying 5 nights they didn't have the avail6fir the whole 5 nights but they did for that first night and they offered us 2 different rooms for the night complimentary and we choose the corner panoramic suite and the views were amazing. Our classic balcony room was on the street side with slight water views and were really quiet, so don't let that put you off. The rooms and hotel were spotless, well decorated and very modern and new. I'd stay here again. Breakfast was always fresh with a great assortment and the staff always accommodating to needs. Thank you for a memorable 5 nights

We loved our stay at Covo dei Saraceni, the location and views from the hotel are unmatched in the area. Parking was free, easy and a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffed was incredible with a huge variety of foods and amazing views from the breakfast room. The room was well kept and clean but slightly older. We booked dinner on the balcony which was the greatest dining experience we’ve ever had!

This was an amazing beautiful hotel. The room was large. The bed so comfy nice bathroom. Our balcony was the main attraction. Sea front and huge. Gorgeous views. Well equipped with conversation set and lounging beds. This was one of the greatest places we stayed!!

The location of this hotel is amazing! All the staff (front desk, breakfast service, housekeeping etc) are exceptional in assistance and kindness. The room and bathroom have adequate space and are clean and comfortable. Breakfast in more than adequate with lots of fresh choices and windows that overlook the Adriatic Sea. Would most definitely return!

Book this hotel if you don’t want the room you requested, dismissive and rude reception staff that show no empathy. Requested Superior Room in Annex building with balcony and sea view. Got given, ground floor with window that was essentially unusable because it was on a busy public walkway, completely comprising our privacy making the premium price you pay for these extras $1600 AUD (900 euros) wasteful. When questioning the staff, their reasoning was “rooms are picked at random, we have balcony and windows”. The best they could do was offer us an inferior room 2 days later at a lesser value with no partial refund, or an upgrade at an absorbent cost. Would have preferred an apology for their misleading advertising and perhaps a drink at their hotel bar. We checked out early due to a flight, and I’m still waiting on the breakfast to go box that was assured at check-in. I will though commend the location, free parking and tuk-tuk service of this hotel.
