Room was up a steep flight of stairs. The staff carried our suitcases up at checkin, down at checkout, so no problem. The location is full of charm and mysique. Close to many restaurants and shops. Loved it.

The basement room has no window and opens directly onto the street; for one or two nights it's super convenient for exploring the city, but the room is humid and stuffy.

This would have been a 5 star stay. The check in was smooth and friendly and the room is just as advertised. Parking was quite far and 25€ per day which was very expensive for Puglia. We learned very quickly that the air conditioner leaks a massive pool of water into the room that reached as far as the bathroom. Also there was broken glass on the floor when we arrived. When we notified the staff, she said that they would call a technician and have someone clean the room and broken glass. Neither happened. Too bad it could’ve been a great stay as the room is nice and in a great location.
