“Great hotel. Rooms very clean and comfy. Only problem was one (out of 2) elevators was not functional. Needs to be fixed asap as the wait for the one elevator was LONG and very crowded once in! Stayed 5/29/26-5/31/26.”

“Wi-fi issues for two days. I called the number they gave me on day two and they needed my IP address. Did have wi-fi that night. Front desk did tell me about another guest unable to get wi-fi too. System problem not hotel issue.
4 unsupervised children under 12 playing football in pool while my three grandchildren were trying to have fun in the pool. Help did check who was there to supervise (no one) boys took football and left when asked to leave
Wife fell while going to car in the rain. Left……
