“The condo was in the perfect location and within walking distance of many downtown restaurants and shops. The condo had every amenity you could want, was very comfortable, clean, and the balcony was a great place to enjoy the street activity. Having private parking was a plus considering the downtown crowds. Kudos too for having updated technology. The host was also most helpful in helping us navigate a change in our schedule. Will definitely be back!”

“We had the best time in Blue Ridge! This location is so perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants. The Perch was stocked with all your needs! It was very clean and we all felt safe. We also did the wine escape tour. The tour bus needs a little updates but we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend! We will be back!! ”
