"Were placed in a room right overlooking conflstruction site on top of that the floor we were on - 20 feet away from our room there were dehumidifiers andnfans blowing air 24/7 - apparently our floor had recent major water damage. We were moved later during the stay - not the same day as they "forgot about us" View was amazing Rooms were okay however we found an unwrapped chocolate bar - moldy one right at the head of the bed on the carpet We were missing room amenities and towels the whole stay - had to buy a sop bar - then finally on a day 4 or 5 they gave us a hitel bar soap. "

"Pool closes at 6pm, not worth the resort fees. Parking is mainly for valet only, its a pain to find self parking. There are bars close by that are loud that will keep you up at night. Breakfast options are not the best, hardly any protein mainly potatoes and bread. "

"Bonvoy members are supposed to get free internet, but we still had to pay the full resort fee despite getting free internet. In addition, we never could get a boogie board, which also was supposed to be free "

"Overall it was nice. The central location made it great for families who want to walk to dinner, the beach, or even target. Pool isn’t heated but that didn’t stop the kids. Remember to bring clips because we did catch a roach trying to nibble on snacks after dark. "
