“The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. The window shutters helped to keep it nice and dark too and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchenette was small but well……

“Great appartment to stay in Pomena right next to Mljet National Park and the center of the village. Beautiful island that we loved. Inka our host was great and very helpful. She showed us the nice places to hike. Juste be aware that there is a lot of stairs to get to the appartment which is ok but not the easiest to carry to luggage to the top. Apart from that i recommend this place.”

“This was a wonderful stay. The property is location in Zrovno which is a small town on the island. It’s approximately a 5-7minute taxi from the old town or a 45 minute walk (uphill). “We found out on arrival that the place we’d booked had had a sewage issue so our host had scrambled to find us somewhere else. While we really appreciated that effort and the fact she met us at the ferry so late, the new place wasn’t great. No wifi, no nearby parking and very dusty. We were told it was available for one less day then we’d booked so we said we’d leave a day early rather than her having to find us somewhere else which worked out fine but meant we paid for accommodation for that……
