「The handicap bath had a very slippery floor. I fell and am not a handicapped person. The tub floor is a level higher than the actual floor. I stepped out and the bathmat went sliding across the shiny floor. I got a large bruise and body aches. I reported it to the desk after applying ice to my knee and they inspected the floor and I heard nothing further. Our room smelled of pee and the clerk told me it did not.
