The hotel is not 4 starts as advertised. The room was good and clean although the towels were never changed during our stay nor was the room cleaned. The staff at reception were very nice and polite. The staff in the breakfast restaurant however looked miserable and fed up. There were 2 coffee machines only one of which was working (although there was never milk in the machine). One morning the machine stopped working and we couldnt get coffee at all. When I asked for a coffee from the bar I was told I had to pay for it (which I have paid for when I booked breakfast included). I had to complain at reception and only then I was given coffee. The staff at the bar wanted to help but had no authority to do so. The gym was filthy.

The hotel staff were very helpfull and nice. Unfortunately the cleaning didn't work at all. The room was dirty and the furniture were old and broken. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room and they tried to ram in next morning like 8AM. Usually people are still sleeping that early. We did have a kitchenette, but we could not use it, because they didn't share any kitchenware. The pool is nice and works with kids, allthough there is sand on the bottom. Breakfast is served pretty early and the quality of the food is sadly poor. I buyed few drinks at the daytime, but they couldn't even make them taste no else than water mixed into some juice extract. Basically the breakfast tries to be continental, but fails to do so. Only thing that saved something from a total disaster was hotels private beach. You could easily take a sunbed and dive to the ocean without a worry to watch after your valuables. And after the ocean take a fresh dip to the pool while stepping back to your hotel room. At evening time I suggest take a 2,5km walk to Pomorie's center. It is nice place to spend evening with kids and take a good dinner. This hotel has a potential to be better and fancyer, but it would need a lot improvement and renovation. Unfortunately I give no more than 3 stars to this hotel.

Staff were friendly although English speaking only on reception, very limited elsewhere. Property needed some tlc. Food disappointing although lots of it. Only used small pool, wasn't cleaned all week, dirt on bottom which was a shame as nice area.

Viihtyisä hotelli meren äärellä

Hotelli on kaikin puolin viihteyisä. Olimme varanneet sviitin kaupunkinäköalalla, mutta saimme yllätykseksi merinäköalan. Huone oli viihtyisä ja riittävän kokoinen. Hotellin aamupala oli monipuolinen ja laaja. Siivooja kävi päivittäin. Respa toimii ympärivuorokauden. Henkilökunta auttoi mielellään ja opasti meitä tarpeeksi. Emme ostaneet all-inclusive palvelua, mutta ravintoloissa on halpaa joten se ei ollut meille tarpeellinen. Suosittelen hotellia perheille ja pariskunnille. Perheille oli myös paljon ohjelmaa ja lapsille oma leikkihuone.

Really good experience

We were staying at the Hotel Festa Pomorie Resort nine nights. Hotel is really clean and for example outside pool is clean as well. We were here in mid-September and then here was enough sunbeds. Beach is also clean and it is easy to get to swim. We got customer service from maybe 15 people and 12 of them were really friendly. Food was much better than we expected for this price. In breakfast there was maybe 25 different choices and in lunch and dinner maybe 35 choices. For vegetarian there always wasn't many "warm food" choices, but it was great that variety changed daily and salads, breads etc. were fresh.

Fint hotell med flott beliggenhet nær stranden, store fine rom. Det som trekker ned her er servicen hos personalet. Der har den en jobb og gjøre. Dette gjaldt ikke bare hotellet men generelt i området. Butikker, restauranter, taxi etc. Lite service minded folke slag. De fleste kan ikke engelsk og ingen av de har lært og hilse. Alt du spurte om ble liksom et ork for de. Syntes også et allinclusvie hotell burde ha solsenger på stranden uten at man må betale for disse. Ellers var maten bra og ølet godt.

Convenient and Clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful in regards to requests or questions. We had booked a room with a king bed, this was not the case when we arrived. However they gladly upgraded us to a small apartment with the correct bed size. Due to it being the end of season it was a shame that the sun beds on the beach had been stored away. The bar for non-all inclusive guests was closed due to it being slightly out of season which seemed odd. The rooms were fairly standard with very basic linens and a questionable maid service. The hotel was situated right next to the bus station and taxi rank, very helpful for getting about.

Ikke verdt pengene!

Vi kom på dette hotellet kl.04.00 for 2 uker siden og fikk sjekket inn. Resepsjonisten sendte oss avgårde til rommet vårt som skulle være i 5 etasje. Vi tok heisen opp og gikk for å finne rommet. Dette viste seg å være vanskeligere enn først antatt. Vi gikk frem og tilbake men ingen 505 var å finne. Etter 15 min gikk vi ned igjen og forklarte at rommet ikke var der resepsjonisten hadde sendt oss til. Så fikk vi en annen ansatt sendt med oss opp, men heller ikke han kunne forstå hvor rommet var. Vi kjente at tålmodigheten var på nippen og vi var sliten og trøtt etter reisen. Etter mye om å men kom det en 3.ansatt som sa at heisen til vår del av bygning var ødelagt og vi måtte gå omveier. Vi gikk nesten èn km før vi endelig kom frem til en mørklagt lang gang hvor rommet var. Heisen ble aldri fikset. Gangen var alltid mørklagt og lyspærene ble aldri skiftet mens vi var der. Heldigvis hadde vi lommelykt på telefonene, så vi kunne finne nøkkelhullet! Det var heller ingenting av kjøkken utstyr på rommet, ikke en kopp. Da jeg gikk ned for å spørre etter disse, kunne de fortelle at dette ikke var inklusiv i prisen. Jeg har aldri opplevd at et rom er slik i Bulgaria. Etter en samtale med en ansatt fikk vi likevel noen kopper og kniver samt en vannkoker på rommet. Rommet ble rengjort hver dag og renholderne var alltid hyggelige. Hotellet ligger ved stranda og har 2 flotte bassenger. Hotellet tok dessverre godt betalt for solsenger ved stranda, men bassengområdet var gratis å bruke.
