Overview
Villa Stella Sunset is located in Nea Dimmata, Paphos District. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi
and sleeps up to 10 people (8 Adults and 2 Children) with 4 Bedrooms
and 4 Bathrooms. There is a private pool with barbecue and Sea views.
Walking distance to the Beach.
Layout

The villa is located on the seafront, just 30m from the sea, offering a
panoramic sunset view over the water. Set on a large, fully private
plot, it features 4 en suite bedrooms with flexible double/single beds,
Smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped
kitchen with an island, 2 spacious sitting areas, a dining area, a
large balcony, and a verandah. Amenities include air
conditioning/heating, a 42inch Smart TV, Netflix, table football, a
small football pitch with 2 goal gates, table tennis, a security
system, a washing machine, and a dryer. Outdoor highlights feature a
large swimming pool with sunbeds, a lush garden with exotic plants, a
barbecue and bar under an aluminum pergola, and ample parking.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are
patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
