Hot water is excellent! I love the bath. Room is large. Staff are friendly. I ask the front desk to give me towels. Parking was tight on weekends. Not easy to find a parking space if arriving too late in the evening. Breakfast taste good and have hot food.

Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, ...
