Updated inside, quiet area and pleasant stay!

The condo is as described in the listing, but it was really nice to be just off the Daytona shores busy road. Made easy entry and exit while still being convenient to local restaurants and attractions.

Surf Camp

Wonderful home away from home

We loved our ocean front condo stay! The condo was easy to access, clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. We were able to use it like our home because it had every amenity needed. Beautiful quiet beach and condo was in close proximity to the lighthouse, dock, and restaurants. Sandy was a great host; just a text away if we needed anything and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Condo & Beautiful Beach

The condo was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. We had a relaxing couple of weeks. The beach is fabulous - wide, flat and wonderful for walking (also no drive). We would definitely rent again.

Our stay was very relaxing and the scenery was beautiful. It was very close to all the attractions. The place had all the amenities you need too. It was very clean too. The beds were very cozy and comfy. We had a great 10 days !!

We absolutely loved it. We stayed in East Wind before and loved it and Sandra’s place was even nicer! We are planning to go back twice next year if we can get our dates! Sandra was very accessible and checked on us during our stay!

The condo was clean, easy to access, and had all the kitchen utensils needed to cook for a family.

Our family of four had an amazing time at this condo. The location is great with lots to do! Easy access to and from the beach and was not busy at all! There are games to play and plenty of toys to use. The appliances were very nice and new. The view alone is worth the booking!

Location was amazing, far enough away from the crowds but close enough if thats your thing. Condo was clean and had everything you would need for you vacation. View was beautiful and even saw dolphins from the balcony most days. Sandy was quick with responses to my questions and we didnt have any issues with the condo.

Relaxing Get Away - Beautiful Views

Pat’s Paradise at Eastwind Condo was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary items that make the stay feel like home. Views from the balcony are awesome and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The beach at the Eastwind is a no drive beach with plenty of room to spread out with your blanket, chair or umbrella. Plenty of room low tide and high tide. The pool at the condo is clean and plenty of chairs and tables for all. This is our 2nd time at Eastwind and staying at Sandy’s condos which are always a great choice.

Easy and Unmatched!

Family of 4 - two kids 10 and 14 - absolutely loved it. Unit had everything you needed for a great vacation. Unit was clean, comfortable and well located. Highly recommended! Spending our summers in a cottage on the ocean, we are use to waves and view .. however, nothing beats waking up and having breakfast in the morning sun, while looking out over the ocean. Great way to start the day. This was EASY vacation because of the services offered thru VRBO and the great unit offered by the renter!

Pat’s Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Pat's Paradise. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the 7th floor! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and moon rises over the ocean from the balcony and we saw some amazing sunsets, just by stepping out the front door. The condo is in a great location, near restaurants and on a quiet no drive beach. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for our family and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The condo itself is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Sandy is a great host, very quick to reply to any questions we had. We felt perfectly at home and will definitely visit again!

A wonderful oceanfront condo located within a friendly condo building.

The co do was as show. In the photos on the VRBO site. Beautiful 7th floor view of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool was heated throughout our stay and the residents of the building were very friendly and fun. Sandy (condo host) was excellent. She was always accessible and responded very quickly whenever we needed to talk with her. Some parts of the kitchen were in need of cleaning (cupboards) as a result of frequents rentals I’d suggest. We would be very pleased to recommend this unit and look forward to returning.

Paradise in Fl

The vacum cleaner needs a serious cleaning. The roler was so filled with hair I could not use it. We missed having a table in front of the couch to set snacks on while watching tv. It would be nice to have a love seat just to have another comfortable place to stretch out on to watch tv. Other than the vacum problem the rest are just our preferences.

Extremely clean and comfortable!

My husband and I have stayed in rentals in this area many times over the last 30 years, but I must say, this one is the best! No junk here - dishes, pots and pans, even cutlery were very nice. Looked like new. Kitchen cupboards were the soft close. I like that you opened up the kitchen wall to make it appear more open, rather than just a pass through. Beds were very comfortable. Even went so far as to include very nice toiletries in the bathrooms. Nice touch. We like the location on the no drive beach. East Winds is an extremely well kept property even in the public places - floors were kept mopped, pool furniture was cleaned and straightened daily. I could live there!!!

Pretty Condo and peaceful location

Such a great place to unwind with everything that you need for a restful vacation. The sunrise is breathtaking each morning and the walks on the beach so beautiful. The condo is beautifully decorated.

Peaceful Ponce

We completely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Sun soaked mornings with coffee watching the Ocean - wonderful way to start your day. Walking the beach collecting shells or riding our bikes or playing Pickle Ball we had an amazing stay. The condo is just as you see in the pictures. Very well done and super comfortable for all humans.
