"The property was clean but the details were missed. The bed had a large dip in it, the soap dispensers were not filled and the bathroom smelled musty. "

"Staff weren't at the desk when I arrived, had to make a call to get someone at the desk. Door on the first room wouldnt close without force, then just wouldn't open at all for me the next day, the staff had to break it open, after they weren't at the desk again for me to ask for help. Bathrooms were not clean. Just didn't feel safe at all being there. Will never stay here again."
