Good choice near the train station

Was on the Camino in April and stayed here to dry out (!) while awaiting the train to Sarria. A bit off the Camino but not so much as to be a hardship. Very accommodating front desk staff. A nearby plaza with lots of dining choices. Only about a 8 minute walk to the train station.

Hotel close to castle and train station

My preference is a shower vs a bath tub. Getting out of the tub is tricky when it is wet because you have to step over the walls of tub. The breakfast was very good. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet. Only 5 to 10 minutes to train station.

Muy buen hotel y un trato inmejorable

Una muy buena estancia y el personal del hotel, de 10. Me equivoqué a la hora de reservar y lo hice en el otro hotel que la misna cadena tiene en Ponferrada y me lo solucionaron de forna inmediata y sin problemas.

Hotel céntrico. Habitación bien e equipada.decoracion moderna. Al contrario de la opiniones leídas en alguna plataforma, la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente,incluso la apagamos a pesar de las temperaturas bajo cero del exterior. La habitación algo pequeña pero suficiente. Por ponerle alguna pega, el colchón era durisimo, pero eso ya es para gustos......

La habitación estaba fría al llegar. No dispone de restaurante/cafetería, lo que supone una pega. La hora del desayuna comienza a las 7:30, muy tarde cuando se viaja por trabajo. El personal muy amable y diligente.

Enkelt komfortabelt hotell i shoppingområdet

Hotellet er nyoppusset for få år siden. Rommene er veldig små. Ble tatt godt imot med tilstrekkelig god engelsk. Ingen parkering. Måtte til parkering gsanlegg 3 min. Unna. 15 min gange til gamlebyen som var sjarmerende.

Overnight stop, could have been better

The room was hot so prevented a good nights sleep and air con noisy and not very effective. Coupled with the noisy plumbing from other rooms sleep was not good. Breakfast choice ok, just continental. No boiling water to make tea. Noisy but all noise created by staff stacking plates in restaurant! We were the only ones in there so could have been done later. Would not stay again.

Buena situación, personal muy amable y profesional, desayuno buffet correcto y variado, , el baño bien, pero la habitación que nos dieron muy pequeña, sin sitio para poner las maletas, desde luego la habitación no era de hotel de 4 estrellas aunque tambien es verdad que el precio es barato para hotel de 4 estrellas.

Air conditioner not effective, wifi comes and goes. Breakfast was good. Location is central but town people seem to be sick of tourists.

鉄道駅に近い。バスターミナルも徒歩圏内。旧市街へのアクセスも良好。 外観ではわからないが、中はリノベートされていてきれい。 4泊したが、タオルの交換は一度もしてもらえなかった。リクエストしないといけなかったのか？

立地について:地図がないと探せない。位置的には旧市街に近道あるなど、よい点もある。スタッフは窓口、レストランとも気持ちよく対応してくれました。メインストリートに(案内)看板があるとよいと思います。

Lovely hotel in a lovely town.

This hotel was far better than I had expected. The decor is modern and clean, and the staff were very helpful. I didn't have breakfast, but there is a fabulous churros and chocolate place just round the corner on the pedestrian precinct.
