Schöne Umgebung
Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit, das Haus ist schön gelegen, sehr sauber, viel Platz, mit schönem Blick aufs Tal von der Terrasse, wegen der Serpentinen von 5 Kilometern von Rufina hinauf sollte man etwas Fahrtzeit einplanen (ca. 12 Minuten), die Vermieterin ist super nett, sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, spricht viele Sprachen. Man kann sich dort einfach nur wohl fühlen.

Haus in der Toskana mit traumhaftem Blick
Das Haus liegt sehr weit oben in den Bergen. Hat man sich über die circa 20 Haarnadel-Kurven nach oben gearbeitet ist der Blick atemberaubend. Es war zu sehen, dass dort oben auch ein Bus fährt, den wir allerdings nicht ausprobiert haben.
Kommt man mit dem Auto, ist ein wenig Nervenstärke gefragt. Die Einheimischen nehmen es mit dem Rechtsverfahren nicht so ganz genau, auch nicht in den Kurven. Die direkte Zufahrt zum Haus ist recht steil und geht über eine Schotterstraße. Ist aber alles an sich ohne weiteres zu bewältigen. Man hat es ja auch nicht eilig im Urlaub Und kann die Sache des ab ganz in Ruhe angehen.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Besonders herausragend ist die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin
Der Ort ist winzig, nur wenige Menschen scheinen hier dauerhaft zu wohnen. Es gibt einige Urlaubsgäste in der Nachbarschaft. Etwas zu kaufen beziehungsweise Restaurationmöglichkeiten gibt es dort nicht.
Im nahe gelegenen Acona gibt es ein sehr zu empfehlendes Restaurant, das sich hinter der doch recht schmalen Eingangs Fassade zu einem wahren Prachtstück mit vielen Sitzplätzen entwickelt. Allerdings sollte man dort nicht auf Fremdsprachenkenntnisse bauen. Mit Händen und Füßen klappt es aber gut, ein leckeres Essen zu bekommen.
Im Tal in Rufina gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt und zudem einige andere Läden, unter anderem eine Apotheke.
Will man nachFlorenz, so empfiehlt sich die Benutzung der im Tal in Rufina haltenden Vorortbahn.

Erholsam in den Bergen
Von der überdachten Terasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Sieve-Tal.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut und modern ausgestattet.
Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern.

Amazing villa with outstanding view!
The villa was constructed in the 18th century and fully renovated inside. It had 2 nice rooms with AC, living room and fully equipped kitchen. We loved having breakfast and dinner outside the villa while enjoying the view! Margherita was a great host and we appreciate her letting us to enjoy her place for few days! I highly recommend this place. It is also very well located at 12 mins by car to the Rifina train station, 40 mins to Florence and 50 mins to Chianti Classico region.
