Unit Layout

Additionally, there is a separate WC on this level. On the upper floor, you will find a large double bedroom, a small room with a single bed, another double bedroom, and a large living/sleeping room with a double bed and open-hearth fireplace. This level also includes a shower/bidet/WC and a bath/shower/WC. The single bedroom on the first floor connects to a large bathroom with a jet massage tub, shower, and twin wash hand basins. The villa also has an annex, which is a 3-storey apartment (55 square meters) comprising a kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with a dining table and exit to the garden on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a lounge with an open fireplace, TV/DVD, and exit to the garden. The second floor includes a double bedroom with a shower/WC/bidet.
