Bella is
The hotel is very clean and breakfast staff are lovely. Check in staff are hit or miss. Bella with the blue hair is pretty rude. Sounds like she had a very bad day and decided to take it out on guests. I know Hampton Inn can do better than this.

Two nights stay
Stayed two nights, all was great except our room was never cleaned. Other than that, stay was awesome, breakfast best I've ever seen. Hotel was clean and well kept, crew was attentive to this especially.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into my room. It smelled so clean and fresh. My room is spacious and has comfortable seating options. This is a really nice spot to stay!

The Pontiac Hampton Inn is clean, comfortable and up-to-date. They have a great fitness center and everyone at the front desk was very pleasant.

Good hotel.
Clean, comfortable and quiet, what more do you really need. We shared wall with elevator and never even heard it. Plenty of food options near by. Breakfast was good, with tons of options.
