The property was very clean and as advertised. The host had a detailed information manual that explained the rules of the property along with heipful traveling information complete with restaurant recommendations, grovery store locations, entertainment ideas and maps. I told staff about the bed bugs and state of the room. They seemed unconcerned even after I showed them the video. They gave me a free breakfast as compensation. Hotel La Tour Brette should be removed from Expedia. It's a squalid dump!
