The SanctuaryTuscany on google maps for direct bookings. The Sanctuary, a stone cottage and barn overlooking the river with mountain views. Surrounded by nature and history this villa feels lost in the country yet only 7 minutes by car to the medieval village of Pontremoli for restaurants, shopping and the train station. Centrally located for day trips to Cinque Terre, Stretti di Giaredo, Parma, Lucca and Florence. The private grounds feature a natural pool, hot tub, vineyard, fruit trees, walking path to the river, and a patio with fireplace/bbq.

Fantastic house and location
We had a fantastic time, the house is very nice, very authentic, the simming pool is great, the hot tube, the garden, everything is great.

Gorgeous setting, Relaxing stay
From the very start, Josh was incredibly helpful, providing info on the property and surrounding area. Also, Bea, the property manager, made last minute dinner reservations for us our first night at the perfect place in Pontremoli. We absolutely loved Pontremoli and also thoroughly enjoyed visiting several towns on Josh's list. Josh made sure we knew where to go for groceries, dining, etc. The hot tub and pool were lovely, although weather didn't allow us to use them much. House was very clean,comfortable and well equipped. Had a fabulous time cooking and grilling out, and eating fruit from the orchard. I can't recommend The Sanctuary enough! I hope we can return one day!

Traumhafte Location
Ein wundervolles Haus mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht. Natur pur und die Region ist traumhaft. Wenig Touristen das kleine Städtchen Pontremoli ist sehr süß mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleinen Restaurants. Wir waren 5 Wochen dort und haben es sehr genossen!!! Kommunikation mit Vermieter ist super und sehr schnell. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Casa molto bello immersa in un giardino con piscina davvero unico.
Ho soggiornato per 1 settimana con i miei bambini e una coppia di amici con figli. Bella esperienza anche se non definirei la casa propriamente adatta ai bambini piccoli. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.

Absolut super Location!
Für eine gesellige Runde mit Freunden oder der Familie ist das der ideale Ort um tagsüber am wunderschönen großen Naturpool zu entspannen. Die schattigen Plätze laden ein für romantische Essen oder Ausgelassene Spieleabende und die Privatsphäre ist stets gegeben. Die große Wiese eignet sich super für Sportspiele und rumtollen für Kinder. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hygienisch gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Die Küche ist ausreichend bestückt mit Kochutensilien. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden und zum Meer mit den kleinen Städtchen ist man in gut 40 min. Der Vermieter ist gut zu erreichen und antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in fünf Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles in Allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes schönes Domizil!
