Escape to this charming 1-bedroom holiday home for two, nestled in the peaceful countryside of Lantheuil. Set on expansive protected grounds with a river flowing through, it offers a private furnished garden perfect for sunny afternoons and quiet evenings with a glass of wine. The cozy sitting room features a wood stove, creating a warm ambiance after a day of exploring. Located in the Calvados department of Normandy, the home is just 3 km from the town center with restaurants and shops. Discover nearby gems like the Normandy landing beaches, Caen memorial, and the medieval village of Creully. The sea is only 8 km away, and Arromanches with its historic charm lies just 11 km from your doorstep. Inside, the open kitchen is equipped with an oven for baking treats, and a washing machine adds convenience to your stay. Whether you're strolling through scenic trails or relaxing in the garden, this riverside retreat offers a tranquil and memorable Normandy experience.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 190,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

A lovely experience

The gite was better than we expected in a delightful location. Very quiet and set in the beautiful grounds of a Chateau. We were welcomed by Alex who was charming but spoke no English so our French was instantly tested. Only criticism was direction to the gite were not good. The gite is situated in Pierrepont not Lantheuil which made it hard to find.
