The staff were very friendly and helpful. Main reception was where the dining area is located for breakfast. Finding a parking space can be difficult if you come back late at night. The hotel is in a convenient location for travelling. I can see there was a shopping centre nearby and there are buses available. Hotel was very quiet in the night. We stayed during bank holiday weekend so it was very busy. You have to go early for breakfast as it will get busy after 9am as stated on the signs in the lift. Breakfast options were decent, but bacon was very salty. Made me so thirsty through the day. It would be better if they could lay out some of the breakfast items in the middle wooden table. It gets very cramped to get items, like the cereal, fruit, and pastries. Bigger tables were inside a meeting room. It would be nice to sit outside with everyone so we wouldn’t be too lonely sitting inside a room with four tables only. Felt a bit awkward walking past the reception to get my food and back. The sofa bed in our room had a missing spring strap.The bed was slanted with an arch in the middle, so I was sleeping with my legs higher than my head and my waist was arched upwards. It was not comfortable to sleep like this. The hallway and rooms are very humid and hot so we had to have the air con or fan on, but it had an error on the second morning.
