The Space:
This lovely house on the hill near Poreč is surrounded by trees and vast land. Consists of 8 rooms and 2 apartments. This one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and has one double bed in the bedroom, and a convertible sofa in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a table on the terrace where you can enjoy the view. All our apartments do have SAT-TV, air-condition, WiFi access, coffee maker, and water kettle. Additional this apartment has a washing machine.
Far from crowds, a peaceful locality near one of the most visited cities of Croatia and many beautiful beaches.
The Neighborhood:
Porec is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Croatia.
The city is almost two thousand years old, located on the coast, protected by the island of Sveti Nikola. In the old town, there is the Euphrasian Basilica from the 6th century, it is one of the most beautiful preserved monuments of early Byzantine art in the Mediterranean. The main streets in the old town still preserve their ancient form and the layout of the ancient Roman castrum. There is also the beautiful Marafor Square with the remains of the Temple of Neptune, the Romanesque house, the Pentagonal Tower, and the Round Tower.
The Poreč region has a 37 km long spread coast, from the river Mirna near Novigrad in the north, to Funtana and Vrsar in the south.
North of Porec, only 9 km away is the Baredine Cave, the only geomorphological natural monument in Istria, and south of Porec at a distance of 20 km is the Lim Bay, the longest Istrian bay, known as a fish and shellfish farm.
