    Residence Lorena, a charming bungalow complex in the idyllic district of Portun in Poreč, Istria, offers you the perfect combination of a quiet, sunny location surrounded by greenery and proximity to the vibrant centre, which is only about 2.5 km away. This little paradise, located away from the hustle and bustle, is the ideal choice for those who appreciate both peace and quiet and the ability to quickly reach the lively city centre.

    The interior of the 62 m² bungalow on the ground floor is modern and tastefully furnished and can accommodate 2 to 5 people. Facilities include a living/dining room with a sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and access to the garden and terrace, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a bathroom with shower and WC, plus a separate WC. The covered terrace is equipped with cosy patio furniture, ideal for relaxing hours outdoors.

    Outside, guests have access to a fenced garden with lawn, orchard, sunbathing area, a communal pool (9 x 4 m with salt water, usable from 01.04. to 18.10.), garden furniture, a communal barbecue and a private car park. An oasis that invites you to linger and forget the stress of everyday life. There is also a playground for our younger guests, which promises fun and adventure.

    The surrounding area of the Lorena residence invites you to explore its diversity: shopping facilities are just 150 metres away - including LIDL, Kaufland, Müller, BIPA and Eurospin. Restaurants are just 250 metres away. For swimming and beach lovers, there is a lido just 2.5 km away. In addition, the surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as fishing, mountain biking, cycling tours, sailing and much more, ensuring a varied stay.
