The lovingly furnished apartment for 4 (max. 6) people is located on the ground floor of the family house in Varvari. Varvari are only 3500m away from the beautiful city of Porec, which offers families plenty of space for activities in summer and attracts those seeking tranquility in autumn and winter. Porec is also one of the largest places in the popular region of Istria with beautiful beaches. With a bike you can be even faster in the city. The bike path between Varvari and Porec is only 2.5 km long, which is why the city center can be reached in just a few minutes. The apartment offers a panoramic view over fields and olive mountains. The apartment has a terrace (no direct access), which is one floor below, at the entrance. Garden and grill are shared with other guests.

The comfortable equipment on 55 sqm offers 4 people optimal living quality. A large living room with kitchen and dining area for up to 6 people invites you to linger. There is satellite TV and free internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 hot plates, coffee machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery and dishes. The balcony can be reached directly from the living room and kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub. There is a double bed in one bedroom and 2 single beds in another. Furthermore, the apartment has bed linen, towels and air conditioning
