  • Villa Nini is a typical Istrian stone house that has been renovated to offer you the best vacation experience and remind you of the times long gone. From the entrance to the pool area, there are many details that adorn the whole property with a lot of charm and romance. Villa Nini has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be put together to suit your needs. Both bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, together with a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom. When you enter the outdoor area, you will definitely be overwhelmed by the garden, which has been awarded one of the most beautiful gardens in Croatia. The pool area or one of the two outside dining areas are the perfect places to enjoy the garden. Olive oil tastings can also be organized. This is simply the perfect way to spend your vacation in Istria.The villa is located in Rakovci, a small charming village near Porec. Only 50 meters from the villa you will find a good restaurant called Idila Rakovci. Stores as well as other restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the village Baderna. Porec - the tourist hotspot of Croatia, with beaches and activities, is only a short drive away. All other destinations on the Istrian peninsula are also easily accessible thanks to a very good road network, and tourism in Porec is more than just sea, sun and tourist attractions. Tourists can easily recognize the historical values of the city. Museums, galleries and many valuable places can be found in Porec. The priceless city center is located on a small peninsula. The city was founded during the reign of the Roman Empire. During your stay at the villa, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town of Porec. Porec is an attractive destination as you can enjoy various sports (tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, cycling, hiking, water sports).

Gäbe es mehr Sterne, ich würde sie geben. Sehr herzliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und noch viel mehr. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen Obstteller und der Kühlschrank war mit Wasser, Saft, Bier und Mich gefüllt. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir können und müssen diese Haus einfach weiter empfehlen::WUNDERSCHÖN!!!! Liebe Grüße an Dragan und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wurden von Dragan sehr nett begrüßt.

Wir wurden von Dragan sehr nett begrüßt. Er zeigte uns das Haus , und gab Tips zum Essen gehen , und für Ausflüge zum Meer. Nach der ersten Woche hinterlies er nach dem Handtuchwechsel Kirschstrudel , und einen sehr leckeren Kirschlikör. Der Weinkühlschrank wurde neu befüllt. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Grillplatz mit Sitzgelegenheit ist einfach nur genial. Die Kohle und das Grillbesteck waren vorhanden , so dass man gleich loslegen konnte. Sehr angenehm war auch , daß bei der Ankunft kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank vorhanden waren. Es war ein rundum toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank nochmals an Dragan und sein Team. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Außenanlage.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Außenanlage. Wir sind von dem sehr netten Gastgeber Dragan herzlich in Empfang genommen worden. Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung komplett ausgestattet und sogar der Kühlschrank war mit ein paar Getränken befüllt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, bei beiden Schlafzimmern ist ein Balkon mit Meerblick vorhanden. Die Küche ist auch mit allem, was man benötigt ausgestattet, wobei wir hauptsächlich die Outdoor-Kitchen mit Grill, Waschbecken, Arbeitsfläche und Zubehör verwendet haben. Der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt 3 Bereiche mit Sitzmöglichkeiten (beim Grill, auf der Terrasse und eine Lounge mit Couch und Hängesessel). Der Pool ist wunderschön und mit 4 Liegen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr viele Ausflugtipps zukommen lassen und seine Telefonnummer, damit wir ihn jederzeit erreichen konnten. Zum Abschied hat er uns noch einen selbstgemachten Schnaps überreicht. Zusammenfassend bietet dieses Haus alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
