Unit Layout

This charming terraced house spans 122 m2 across 3 levels and accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms thoughtfully distributed throughout its floors. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring a kitchen corner, as well as a fully equipped separate kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. Both the living area and the kitchen provide direct access to the terrace. A shower room with WC is also located on this level. The upper floor features an entrance hall, a comfortable living room, and 1 bedroom containing 1 single bed and 1 double bed. This floor also opens onto a balcony, accessible via a steep staircase. On the top floor, you will discover 2 additional bedrooms, both with characterful sloping ceilings. The first of these rooms contains 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed, while the second room is furnished with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a corner bath and WC completes this floor. The property also benefits from 2 balconies and a terrace of 30 m2, which is furnished with terrace furniture for your outdoor enjoyment.

Amenities Included

This vacation rental is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
