Expectional customer service by the new owners. She was very polite,straight forward and very informative on what's going on with the renovations going on in the place with the beautiful rooms and further down the line conference rooms and a restaurant. Highly recommended

Staff went above and beyond. The lady with red hair and her granddaughter were professional, kind, courteous, informative and exemplary customer service.
My mam and I were visiting from Australia and booked a room last minute when there were road closures due to flooding. We were delighted and had the best stay compared to the many hotels we had stayed at north and south.

It's good value for the money you spend. The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful. The room was almost brand new and well equipped kitchen facilities and great comfy beds. We would definitely recommend.

Large room with new fittings and comfy beds. Owners and management lovely and sought to make our two night stay as comfortable as could be. Good parking, Next to Police College and couple minutes from Porirua - 15 mins to Wellington. Thank you.

Lovely friendly staff, but obvious they were in the middle of renovations. The staff did their best to. Ensure our room was as comfortable as possible.

The Lodge was 5 mins drive within all Supermarkets and Restaurants. Same timeframe to waterpront. Very convient for us. Very clean, new towels & toiletries daily. Reception Lady very cautious and helpful.We would definitely stay there again.
