Due to new management, we were informed on our check in that the lodge was undergoing upgrading and revamping of their accommodation. Staff was very friendly addressing me by my name which was lovely. Our room was very accommodating, with 2 brand new recliners, large spacious bed, kitchen facilities, lovely hot water for our showering so overall, we enjoyed our stay at a very affordable rate. We will definitely stay there again, and look forward to seeing the finishing touches to the property.

The shower didn’t have cold water, only scaldingly hot water so we could not take a decent shower. No AC so the room was hot. We opened the windows to cool down, but the adjacent roadway is busy and loud all night long.

Staff were nice to deal with. Rooms are basic but it was what we wanted. Bed was very nice to sleep in and there was no noise from other units. Units are well off the road so no noise there either. Having units so far from the road makes parking so much safer for your car overnight. Would stay here again when in the area.
