Absolutely fantastic.

Our room was perfect. Nice and clean and warm. We had everything we could possibly need, along with complementary snacks, cereal and fruit.

We were greeted by our friendly host who showed us the beautiful studio and gave us info on the area. The studio is ground floor and only the road separates you from the beach and sea with a view out to Kapiti Island. The kitchenette contains everything you need for a wonderful stay at this gem of a place. We have no complaints and highly recommend it.

The main photo does a disservice to the place - the sea is only 20 meters away, and you see it from the window. I loved my stay and my hosts - a modern, comfortable, and beautiful room that comes with really nice touches of candies and great conversations. the only downside is the soundproofing from the main house, but I did get used to it and would definitely come back!

Great alternative to downtown Wellington

We decided to stay here instead of dowtown Wellington during our visit to rhe area. It was like having a private beach! It was a rocky beach, with lots of tide pools and a really nice area for morning and evening walks. Very quiet area. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. She only lets this one room, and provides everything for the continental breakfast in the room which was great for us because we up and out very early on both mornings of our stay.

The property was incredibly clean and the owners were polite and friendly. The property is right next to the sea and the room as a great view. I got a sore back from the bed but that may reflect on me rather than the bed itself.

The room was fantastic. All the additional touches were fantastic. Sherry and sherry glasses for a night cap,was an excellent touch. The variety of teas and coffees was amazing, the bathroom with everything you could want. The continental breakfast and fresh fruit was great. I cannot praise this enough. The view is amazing, the beach just across the road. I would highly recommend this B & B.

Wonderful place!

Wonderful place on a secluded beach but short drive to restaurants and Wellington. One of the few places I've stayed that you could really plan a trip around. Apartment is not huge but has all the modern conveniences and a beautiful stone sink. Gracious host. Well worth a 10 rating.

There as not a single detail that was overlooked. Absolutely the best accommodation for a couple. A great beach walk just outside your door and close to really good food too! Hosts get top marks - friendly and very helpful with really good recommendations for restaurants and sites in the area.
