« Le propriétaire est très accueillant, charmant et arrangeant. Nous nous étions trompés de tailles de drap, nous avions emmené un 140 au lieu d’un 160 et il nous a dépanné. La maisonnette est agréable à vivre une fois bien aérée. Au delà de l'acccueil, nous conseillons d'être très attentif à l'état de la maison à l'arrivée et en quittant les lieux, ainsi que de bien faire spécifier les règles de la maison. Ceci pourrait éviter des incompréhensions entre les 2 parties. En résumé, il faut un etat des lieux.

Très agréable petite maison idéale pour deux

Nous avons apprécié le quartier calme et pourtant proche du port, du centre et de la plage; tout peut se faire a pied. Maisonnette propre et bien équipée. Très agréable petite cour devant où l'on a plaisir à déjeuner ou à se reposer; stationnement facile dans la rue. La chambre est équipée d'une literie confortable par contre, pas de tables de nuit, cela manque un peu. La salle d'eau est en fait dans la chambre mais cela n'est pas gênant car la douche est spacieuse et les WC séparés. Un bémol pour la télé qui est dans la chambre ( comme dans un hôtel) alors qu'elle pourrait facilement être installée dans la pièce principale en face du grand canapé qui s'y trouve. Impossible de regarder les infos par exemple en rentrant en fin de journée. Petit coin bureau pratique dans la pièce principale et petite cour sous préau à l'arrière donc abritée de la pluie; il y a un étendoir à linge mais très petit et sans pinces à linge, un peu juste pour y faire sécher des serviettes de plage par exemple. Ces quelques remarques ne nous ont pas empêchés d'apprécier notre semaine à Pornic où en dehors de la plage les possibilités de ballades sont nombreuses. Côté gastronomie nous avons apprécié le restaurant " La poissonnerie du môle" et les glaces des deux glaciers sur le port ainsi que le marché qui a lieu deux fois par semaine. En ce qui concerne les contacts avec le propriétaire, ceux -ci ont été faciles quand nous avons eu besoin de le questionner. Nous recommanderions bien sûr cette location d'un bon rapport qualité/ prix à des amis et y retournerons volontiers si l'occasion se renouvelle.
