Loc pas adaptée aux personnes agées

1) déçu de découvrir que l'escalier d'accès aux chambres érait très raide = mon épouse (76) = arthrose de hanche = obligé de dormir dans le canapé du bas ! 2) Option linge pris = OK mais les lits pas faits ! (A quoi bon prendre l'option ?). 3) Je ne suis pas d'accord avec la politique de HOOMY de ne pas restituer le cheque de caution au départ alors que le controle contradictoire = OK - C'est trop facile - après coup - de "découvrir" un "vice caché" comme spipilé dans leur doc. > "après vérification appronfondie" après le départ ! 4) Nous avons trouvé le sol de l'appart. pas bien néttoyé = on marchait pieds nu = sable sous les pieds ! (Nous avons nous même fait le ménage à la sortie = pieds nus = propre ! Ce qui veut dire que le "controle appronfondi après le départ " = pipeau ! 5) Le fait de savoir à notre arrivée que le chèque de caution ne nous serait pas rendu au départ = nous a "plombé" le séjour (Inquiet de ne pas retrouver notre chèque). Nous ne renouvellerons pas avec HOOMY. J'espère recevoir notre chèque de caution dans les plus brefs délais.

Bel appartement confortable

Très belle vue, appartement très confortable, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Le balcon fermé, à l'abri, est top ! De très belles promenades en bord de mer, au départ de l'appartement. Région magnifique,. Nous y étions fin septembre, début octobre avec en plus une météo très estivale ! Il a fallut que j'appelle l'agence pour l'organisation de notre arrivée et de notre départ avec des infos différentes, ce qui n'est pas très agréable ( bien que ça n'a pas gâché notre séjour, heureusement ) mais je trouve cela pas très serieux..
