"The breakfast and dinner buffet were very high quality. The Kaiseki dinner wasn't too impressive, given how much it costs. We didn't like some of the dishes, and there was too much food for the kids without an option to pay for a smaller kids portion."

"Great stay in Lake Toya area! Hide was very kind and met us right at our agreed upon arrival time. The house was clean and well maintained with lots of amenities including AC, laundry, and drying racks. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back!"
