Chambre confortable en plein centre ville !
J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, merci à Pascale. Tout s'est très bien passé. Arrivée autonome avec serrure connectée, grand confort dans cette chambre spacieuse située en plein centre au pied du château ! Parking gratuit et sécurisé dans l'enceinte de l'établissement.

Gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Der Start war mühsam, niemand am Empfang, ich musste eine Telefonnummer anwählen. Die Frau gab mir dann den Eintrisscode und Name sowie Code des Zimmers.
Die E-Grvl konnten wir in einer Rumpelkammer einschliessen und aufladen.
Das Zimmer war gross, sauber, ruhig, komfortabel.
Zur Verfügung stand ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank.
Zum Frühstück ( zusätzlich 13.-) waren wir 2 Partien.
Es gab guten Kaffe, Brot, ein pain au chocolat, Butter, Auswahl von Konfitüren, frische Trauben und ein Citronenjoghurt.
Während wir draussen die Bikes bepackten wurden uns die Airpods gebracht, die im Bett verloren gegangen waren.

Ideal um Porrentruy zu entdecken.
Das Hotel Factory ist ideal für den Aufenthalt in Porrentruy. Das Schloss und die historische Altstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Das Zimmer waren gross uns zeitgemäss eingerichtet. Das Bad mit begehbarer Regendusche war sehe gross. Derzeit Parkplatz istanbul vor dem Haupteingang. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Dass Frühstück (Continental) kann auf Wunsch im Hauses eingenommen werden, (kleiner Aufpreis).

Ich war sehr krank während meines Aufenthaltes. Die Gastegeberin hat mir freiwillig Tee, Medikamente und Essen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Chambre bien trop chaude
La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes et propres. La mauvaise évaluation de l'état de la chambre est due à l'absence d'un ventilateur. Il faisait très chaud et il n'y a aucun moyen de créer un courant d'air.
La température de la chambre était trop haute pour pouvoir dormir. C'est vraiment pas top quand on voyage pour affaire.
La présence d'un ventilateur aurait bien utile et en plus ca ne coute pas cher!!!
